SPECIAL OPERATIONS
This was a fun project for us because it was our first hands-on experience as developer and property owner. We collaborated with the new tenant from the beginning of the design phase of the project and gained a new perspective on planning and building. Despite very wet winter conditions, we met our deadline and moved our new tenant in on time. |
